This was the first time I went dizzy. It was after 4 miles running and happened towards the end of a combat class that followed. I was worried that a doctor might say "stop".
I have broken 4 of the 7 guidelines. Confidence has returned again and your info will undoubtably allow me to train for a summer event.
This time with plenty of fluids, energy, correct breathing & recoveries.

Many thanks

I agree whole heartedly with Kay's comment. MSN was my path do your door. I have been doing the abs workout for a month now - working up to the full 3 sets. Works the upper body too! And I am starting to feel results which will not doubt be visible as I continue. Do other ab work as well - yoga type and also the traditional (but correctly). Your site is very well put together with the "organic" approach that complements my own; walking, yoga, light weights, and now GB personal. Though I eat correctly, the evolution diet sounds like a piece worth integrating as well.
